In this category, up to two grants are offered to UK academics or professionals for teaching and research at Elon University, North Carolina.

Typically, the scholar would teach two courses that fit within Elon’s list of disciplines and interact with their own field. They will devote their remaining time to pursuing independent research in any subject offered at Elon or at nearby research facilities such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill or Duke University. Please note that Elon offers a library loan scheme with these and other nearby institutions.

Grants can be for a period of one semester or for a full academic year.

Candidates should make contact with Elon University directly and independently. For additional information and to request a letter of affiliation from Elon please contact Woody Pelton, Dean of Global Studies.
