Dear Colleagues,

We are extremely pleased to announce the final programme for the UCL Americas Research Network’s 2016 Annual Conference,   which you will find on our website.

The theme for this year’s conference is Ideas & Transformations in the Americas and it will take place at UCL on April 2829 2016.

The conference will bring together an exceptional number of speakers covering a variety of themes, from feminism to transnational literature to environmental politics, and it will explore a fantastic range of geographical areas. We are also honoured to be joined by two prestigious keynote speakers, Professor Diane Negra and Professor Maxine Molyneux.

We encourage all postgraduate students, early career researchers, and members of the public with an interest in any aspect of the Americas to join us for what promises to be a truly exciting opportunity for collaborative exchange.

The whole event will be free to attend but registration is required if you are not presenting a paper or chairing a panel.

We also have a Facebook event page and a Twitter feed, which we invite you to share with anyone you feel would be interested.

Thank you and we look forward to meeting you at the conference in April,

The UCL Americas Research Network
