To qualify for student subscription rates, students must submit a letter confirming their student status

The privileges of the Schools membership extend to receipt of the Newsletter, and such teaching aids as are offered to the general membership, and the opportunity to send one member of staff to the annual conference.

All changes of address and personal details should be forwarded to the BAAS Treasurer.

Subscribe

There are three ways to become a member of BAAS:

1) By Cheque
Send a cheque, made payable to the 'British Association for American Studies', with your completed Application Form (MS Word Document) to the BAAS Treasurer at the address below.

2) By Standing Order
Please email the BAAS treasurer at the address below who will then send you an application from and standing order mandate form to complete and return.

3) By PayPal (recommended for subscribers without a UK bank account)
Pay electronically by PayPal. Please note that there is a small charge for subscribing by PayPal: £1.89 on a £48 subscription (£2.15 Overseas); £1.40 on a £34 subscription (£1.58 Overseas); and £0.69 on a £14 subscription (£0.77 Overseas). These are PayPal charges passed on to BAAS. You should also email a brief biographical outline to the Treasurer at the address below.

For UK taxpayers, subscriptions to BAAS are eligible ofr Gift Aid. Please complete the Gift Aid Declaration and return to the Treasurer at the address below.
